① The new cowhide bowls on spray such as Gongnong-16 should be immersed in engine oil or animal oil (vegetable oil is not allowed) for 24 hours before installation. When installing the plunger assembly into the pump barrel, pay attention to placing one side of the leather bowl diagonally inside the pump barrel, then rotating it to make the plunger vertical. Use the other hand to help press the edge of the leather bowl into the pump barrel, and it can be smoothly installed. Do not forcefully insert people.

② Choose appropriate spray bars and nozzles as needed. The NS-15 spray has several spray bars. The double nozzle T-shaped spray bar and the four nozzle direct spray bar are suitable for wide overall spraying, the U-shaped double nozzle spray bar can be used for spraying crops on rows, and the lateral double nozzle spray bar is suitable for spraying crops on both sides between rows. There are several types of nozzle blades with different aperture sizes for hollow cone fog nozzles. The large orifice has large flow, thicker droplets and larger spray angle; On the contrary, the flow rate is small, the droplets are smaller, and the spray angle is smaller. It can be selected according to the requirements of spray operation and the size of crops.

③ When installing a 110 'slot nozzle on the T-shaped straight spray bar of the NS-15 spray, the notch on the nozzle should slightly deflect at an angle of about 50 with the axis of the spray bar, so that the fog flow of adjacent nozzles will not collide with each other. When doing homework, pay attention to controlling the height of the spray bar so that the mist flow of each nozzle overlaps with each other, and the mist volume is evenly distributed throughout the spraying range, which is suitable for use when spraying herbicides comprehensively.

④ When carrying homework, the joystick should be moved 18-25 times per minute. Do not bend over too much when operating the worker farmer No. 16, I-10m long spray to prevent the liquid medicine from splashing on the body from the barrel lid.
